THE ELECTRICITY ACT, 2003.
No.GHU-03-57-GRC-2003-303-K : -- In exercise of the powers
conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of sections 180
read with section (1) of the section 15 of the Gujarat
Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the Government of Gujarat hereby
makes the following rules, namely : —

Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) These
rules may be called the Electricity License Rules,
2004.

Fees for License.—The
application for the grant of license under section
14 shall
be accompanied by the fee of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five
thousand only) for each category of license and such
fees shall be credited in the Gujarat Electricity
Regulatory Commission Fund.
