Smart Goals 2009 –10
 

1. Conventional Power Generation Capacity Addition 3257 MW.
   (State Sector: 695 MW, Central Sector Share: 415 Private Sector : 2147)
    

2. Renewable Power Generation Capacity Addition : 500 MW.

3. 60 Additional Sub-stations and 200000 Household power connections (RGGVY-BPL : 70000, Kutirjyoti (Tribal) : 30000 and Zupadpatti : 100000)

4. Additional 16000 Power connections for Agricultural Pump sets.

5. E-Payment of electricity bills shall be made available for the consumers.

6. 1.5 lacs Additional PNG Domestic Connections.

7. 50 Additional CNG Stations.

8. Installation of 13,500 high quality (Energy Efficient) Pumps for Agriculture consumers (farmers).

9. Setting up of lower capacity transformers (5, 10, 16 or 25 k.VA) at 36,000 locations for uninterrupted & quality power supply under Kisan Heet Urja Shakti Yojana (KHUSHY).
