To provide quality power at sustainable rates to the people of
Gujarat. This would be attempted through increased generation,
transmission system and efficient distribution, public
participation, Energy Conservation, Power Sector Reforms and use of
alternative sources of non-conventional energy, so as to bring
prosperity and sustained economic development in the State.
